How AEGIS works, what you get, and how billing is handled.

What is AEGIS Cloud?

A subscription software service that aggregates publicly available U.S. stock-market data — public regulatory filings (insider transactions, 5%+ activist stakes), market-sentiment indicators (VIX, NAAIM, Fear & Greed), unusual-volume and multi-factor analytics — and presents it as web dashboards, screeners, backtesting tools and AI-generated research summaries.

Is this investment advice?

No. AEGIS is informational analytics software only. It is not investment advice, not a trading-signal service, and not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. It does not manage money or access your accounts. You make your own decisions.

What do the plans include?

• Free — market temperature gauges, economic calendar, limited Backtest Lab, and daily activity counts.
• Radar ($29/mo) — full insider / whale-stake / smart-money and unusual-volume data, planned-sale & landmine flags, earnings blackout + AI news risk, and a 10-ticker personalized daily brief.
• Terminal ($69/mo) — everything in Radar, plus the model's top-ranked names & factor screens, sector rotation & downside-risk radar, and a 25-ticker brief with AI deep-dive research.
• Founder ($999/yr) — everything in Terminal, priority push, full research library and a locked lifetime price.
• À la carte — a one-time AI deep-dive report for $9.9.

How is it delivered?

Through the website (your member dashboard) and, optionally, via Telegram (member channels plus a personalized daily brief based on your watchlist).

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. A 7-day free trial is available on Radar and Terminal. See Pricing for details.

How do I cancel? Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — cancellation stops future renewals and your access runs to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Where does the data come from?

Public, authoritative sources — primarily public regulatory filings and standard market-data feeds. Events are flagged for information; they are not buy/sell recommendations.
