These Terms govern your use of AEGIS Cloud ("AEGIS", "the Service"), operated by KAISON GLOBAL FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@aegistape.com.
AEGIS is market-data & analytics software. It aggregates publicly available market data and regulatory filings and presents dashboards, screeners, historical strategy-simulation (backtesting) tools and AI-generated research summaries. It is provided for informational purposes only.
AEGIS is not investment advice, not a trading-signal service, and not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not manage money, place trades, or access your brokerage or bank accounts. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and all trading involves risk of loss. The operator and its affiliates may hold positions in securities mentioned in the Service; content is impersonal, is not tailored to any individual, and is not timed to their trading.
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in via email magic-link or Telegram; keep your access secure and your contact details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
AEGIS offers tiers (Free, Radar, Terminal, Founder) and one-time reports. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. A 7-day free trial may be offered on Radar and Terminal; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to paid.
• You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Because the Service provides immediate digital access, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• One-time AI reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, email support@aegistape.com and we will work with you in good faith.
Do not resell, scrape, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service; do not use it unlawfully or to disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, its software, design and compiled content are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying public data remains the property of its sources. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while subscribed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, timely or error-free, and we make no guarantee of any investment outcome. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
