These Terms govern your use of AEGIS Cloud ("AEGIS", "the Service"), operated by KAISON GLOBAL (FZE), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@aegistape.com.
AEGIS is an impersonal financial publication of general circulation and the software that produces it. It aggregates publicly available market data and regulatory filings and publishes, on a fixed schedule, two daily screens (pre-market and post-close), a daily letter, pre-registered strategy outputs with a public scorecard, event and risk flags, a macro panel and AI-generated research notes. Every reader receives the same content at the same time (names of new candidates are shown to signed-in readers the same morning and to everyone else five sessions later). It is provided for informational purposes only.
AEGIS is not personalized investment advice and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not manage money, place trades, or access your brokerage or bank accounts. Content is impersonal, is not tailored to any individual, and is not timed to any individual's trading. Strategy outputs are the mechanical result of published rules, not recommendations to you; you are solely responsible for your own decisions, and all investing involves risk of loss.
Operator disclosure. The operator trades the same pre-registered rules with personal funds, after publication and never before, and may hold positions in securities mentioned. No strategy is described as verified until it passes the publicly stated review bar; strategies that fail are kept on the record.
Territorial notice. The Service is published in English and Chinese for United States-listed securities and is not directed to residents of the United Arab Emirates; it does not constitute investment analysis, financial recommendation or investment advice offered to the UAE public.
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in via email magic-link, Google or Telegram; keep your access secure and your contact details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Holdings you type in and the daily messages you opt into are described in the privacy notice.
The Service is currently free to registered users. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed in USD through our payment processor, Stripe, renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, and be announced on the site before any charge; applicable taxes may be added.
• You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, email us within 30 days of your first payment for it and we will refund it in full. After that window, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial periods, except where required by law.
• One-time research notes are non-refundable once generated and delivered.
• If you were charged in error, email support@aegistape.com and we will work with you in good faith.
Do not resell, scrape, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service; do not use it unlawfully or to disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, its software, design and compiled content are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying public data remains the property of its sources. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while registered.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, timely or error-free, and we make no guarantee of any investment outcome. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
